I never typically write reviews for anything, but this hotel was so exceptional that I feel it deserves some credit. I initially saw this hotel for a groupon and since I had never been to Baltimore, I figured I would give it a try. I read through the reviews, which were mainly positive, but still had some concerns.
First off, the location of this hotel could not be any better. It is within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and the national aquarium. If anything were too far for walking, they provide a shuttle that can bring you there for free.
The staff members at this hotel were beyond friendly and so helpful when it came to asking about activities, restaurants, amentities, ect. Crabby hour in the hotel lobby was a nice addition to the trip that included making an appetizer, as well as drinking free beer and wine.
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable-no complaints.
This hotel made the trip to Baltimore a perfect one and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Baltimore area!

You couldn't be more correct about our location. With the aquarium a short walk away and the rest of Inner Harbor in such close proximity, our guests have plenty of entertainment and dining options. In the chance that our guests want to venture somewhere a bit father away, we have our great shuttle service that you also mentioned.
From reading over your review we see you mentioned our amazing staff. We're very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such wonderful people. Our team strives to ensure that everything is always perfect for our guests. We'll make sure to pass along the kind comments you made to them. We're certain it will make them very happy to hear.
