It is open during part of the week, we went to see the new artists and new exhibits. Parking can be found outside the street or in their small parking lot. Less expensive if you get there before 11am and can park on street.
The people who work at the Museum are very nice and friendly. It is free admission, easy to enjoy and see new art and very abstract art. May be challenging to keep attention of Elementary school, some naughty stuff in Abstract area not for young eyes. Middle School and older can enjoy the unusual displays and see various forms of art in cool atmosphere. I would go early and scout out if bringing young adults. They have itouch tour, they have 2 available or you can smart phone and get info as you travel throughout the exhibits. Had trouble going techno way and decided to do it old fashioned way and just walked and read the displays. Amazing Art, Fantastic People, Security watching all the time, Incredible Restaurant for delicious meal. Gertrude's is a great restaurant. Walter's has a very professional and friendly system that makes it very welcoming to people who can be unsure about Art and it's definitions.
