“The Sultan of Swat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

The Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum is just a few steps away from Oriole Park at Camden Yards and since you are in the neighborhood take the time to follow the white baseballs on the sidewalk which will lead you to a cool little museum.

“If you like Sports”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

This may not look like a whole lot on the outside but it is amazing the history of all the sports here in Baltimore wrapped up in this venue. A must see. Great for the young athlete, sports history.

“Nice, small museum for babeball and/or history fans”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

We enjoyed this small museum, tucked away in an old neighborhood of row homes. We arrived at the museum late in the day and were afraid we would not have enough time to explore, as we tend to spend a lot of time in museums. We had no problem--the museum is small enough that we were able to experience the entire museum in a little more than an hour. All of us enjoyed the experience.

“babe ruth museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2012

this was a neat museum, particularly if you area baseball fan; it is a short walk from the hilton, where we stayed; reasonable price to view artifacts and see where ruth was raised; $4 for senior rate, maybe $5 for regular rate; definitely a must see if you are a baseball fan

“A must see for any baseball fan”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 6, 2012

We found the Babe Ruth birthplace and museum by following the painted baseballs on the sidewalk from Camden Yards. (About two blocks) The museum is small but well worth the visit. We learned so much about Babe Ruth and found the history fascinating. There is a wonderful collection of photos and memorabilia, in addition to his birthplace. Admission is only $6, the staff are full of knowledge and you will appreciate this view into one of baseball's greats.
