Last minute plans to stay overnight in Astoria brought us to the Clementines Bed & Breakfast. Comfy bed, tasty breakfast, really interesting house architecture. Judith, owner/operator, was pleasant and informative. She helped us find a great place for dinner. Thank you!

We actually booked the wrong night and Judith was gracious enough to allow us to stay when we showed up. She was a fabulous hostess and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We would highly recommend this B&B and would go back again.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Clementine's Bed & Breakfast in Astoria. It is in a great location, just blocks from popular eateries and the Columbia River. Upon our arrival, Judith welcomed us and brought us to the French Violet Room. In the morning, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast, pleasant conversation, and a greeting from her gentle German Shepard, Liam, who came inside after we asked to meet him. The only negative was that the bed was too soft for my needs. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Clementine's Bed & Breakfast.

Room tip: The French Violet Room has a balcony with a view of the Columbia River, an electric fireplace and a private bath.

Judith was wonderful and made me feel very welcome at Clementine's B&B. She put me in the Sunriser Room, and I enjoyed views of the Columbia River as well as Astoria. She brought me coffee in the morning, and I enjoyed watching the sunrise as this beautiful part of the world came awake. Judith also prepared excellent breakfasts and visited with me about my adventures on the previous day as well as my plans for the day ahead. I was able to walk all over Astoria from this B&B, and parking immediately in front on the street was very convenient. I especially appreciated Judith's insights about Astoria and the surrounding region, and I really enjoyed the book by her naturalist friend that she loaned to me to read during my stay. (I just purchased my own copy on eBay!!) I definitely will plan on staying at Clementine's when I next visit Astoria!

Room tip: The Sunriser room is small, but the views are excellent. The other rooms that I saw (just those on the second floor) are larger and very nice, too.

Perfect place to experience Astoria to the core. We are in our 20's and wanted a quite personal place to stay. The innkeeper, Judith, was just WONDERFUL. She was welcoming, had restaurant and great sight-seeing recommendations. We experienced tasty gourmet breakfast, lively conversation, a very 'homey' feel. Within walking distance to downtown. Stay Here!
