“Upstairs with an awesome view great food good service hidden surprise in Astoria.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2014

Excellent choice in Astoria. Hidden treasures in this town and this is a great one.
We would have not tried this but for the recommendations of Jill who owns the ships inn, and other owners operators of businesses in the Astoria area.
Recommend? Absolutely.

“Family comfortable”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2014

Good food, excellent service and a very comfortable relaxed environment. The staff was attentive to our table and helped to provide an excellent dining experience. Great views of the Columbia river from certain tables upstairs. Overall would recommend.

“Thanks Juan, for a wonderful Lunch!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2014

Our first time in Astoria, the Motel told us about this place so we went right over for a late lunch, we met the owner Juan as soon as we walked in, what a super nice guy, all the staff was great, super fresh salsa ( two kinds are brought to your table ) and fresh chips. The green chili burrito with rice and beans and a fresh chicken salad was our order and we enjoyed every bite. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality as for being out of towners we were treated like family! We hope to visit again soon!

“Great Mexican Food With A View in Astoria!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

This is one of the only places you will find in the area that has good Mexican food and a view. This was our first time to this restaurant last night. You walk up several stairs to the dining room and will have views of the Astoria-Megler Bridge and the Columbia River. The chips and guacamole were really good, fresh, hot chips and flavorful guacamole.

My entree was the Chile Relleno and the Chicken Enchilada, both were very good and our service was attentive throughout our meal. A strawberry margarita was perfectly prepared, and huge! At $9 they better be good! This was a very positive experience and we will definitely return when seeking out good Mexican food in Astoria. :)

“Pretty basic”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Nothing fancy. Decent food but nothing memorable. Staff are friendly - glad you came. You may or may not be glad.
