“Fine...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2011 via mobile

We had great iced mochas, an okay hot truffle mocha...a bit too bitter for our liking, in a cozy, interesting atmosphere with beautiful coffee roasting equipment. The Batista was friendly and sweetened the truffle mocha on our request to make it acceptable. We enjoyed the bathroom murals too!

“Best Coffee On The Coast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2010

If your idea of coffee is instant granules from a can you buy at a grocery store, you've got another thing coming! Real coffee made by real people, freshly roasted by hand right here on the Oregon Coast is what you'll find at CRCR. Best cup of coffee not only on the coast, but anywhere! They also ship, so no excuses if you're not a local!

“Amazing coffee, not much food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2009

This place has AMAZING coffee, but there wasn't much to choose from in the way of food... a few scones and fancy sandwiches. But it IS a coffee roaster!

“One of the Best Coffee Houses in Town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2009

As soon as you walk in your greeted by friendly baristas. The building is in a historic, recently renovated Finnish Meat Market a part of Astoria's history. Huge windows in front let in natural lighting, lined with reclaimed wood as a counter and stools so you can look out at the river accross the street; comfy couches and a macrame type chair hangs from the rafters so you can sit in comfort and enjoy your favorite cup of joe. Glass case filled with fresh baked desserts, homemade soups and sandwiches to tempt your taste buds. A huge selection of teapots, espresso makers and french presses. And then of course, the coffee that is roasted right there on the premises. Being supporters of the arts the Coffee Roaster's have hosted live music and a Reader's Theater. I love to take people there I am never disappointed in service or the coffee, everyone loves it.
