We stayed in this motel on the night of December 22, 2012. We had reservations, confirmed and paid for, for a non-smoking handicapped room. When we arrived (about 4:00 p.m.} we were told that this room was not available and the only thing available was a smoking room. Our room had been given to someone who had arrived before us. I do not understand this. It's not like we arrived late at night. The room had been paid for. Apparently reserving and paying for a room ahead of time do's not mean anything.
Room Tip: Apparently choosing a room does not mean anything.
