Only stayed here because we were traveling with our dog, they don't charge extra either. That was nice. The people at the front desk were nice. The room was roomy but the bathroom was desperately in need of a renovation. The tub was bouncy and the control wiggled in the wall. TERRIBLE pillows, my neck was killing me the following day.
The price was cheap.

We arrived late in Jacksonville, but we were meant by two pleasant young people at the front desk, who expedited our reservation and placement efficiently. The room was clean, well stocked, and we were given a ground floor room. We heard no noise from outside the entire night, and we found the warm breakfast to be quite satisfactory. We felt we had good value at this establishment.

We were taking a cruise, which was delayed by almost a day. The hotel allowed us to stay in the room until we were able to catch our shuttle without charging us extra. We finally checked out around 7 p.m., well beyond the normal check out time. The staff was courteous and pleasant and kept assuring us it wasn't a problem. They had a list of nearby restaurants, which was very helpful. They have a "Park and Cruise" package for those cruising. It was a very positive experience.
