All aspect of the trip was great. Great room and room service. The size and the cleanliness of the room good experience. Breakfast was good and shuttle was on time. Would recommend the stay to anybody.

We stayed here for two weeks while working in the area, hated to leave.
Shawn checked us in and we had each other cracking up, in all my years of travel I've never had so much fun checking into a room. Thanks Shawn!
Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything worked, heat,air and the shower had great pressure. TV had beautiful picture.
The pool looked very inviting, was to cold outside to swim.
Security guards patrolled the parking lot at night, so it felt safe.
I hope we can go back again.

Stayed here primarily because it was pet friendly and this chain is usually clean and quiet. The room was older and damp and smelled like Mexican food. The lighting was bad. The room was overall clean. Overnight, many of the other guests were loud and yelling around the pool. It seemed to go on forever without intervention. I do not recommend this hotel even though dogs are allowed

The room was clean enough, but the sink wouldn't drain, water was dripping from the ceiling onto the bed at random times during the evening and night, and the Internet did not work at all during my two day stay. I called the front desk, they has customer service (IT) and I was walked through several steps on my laptop to determine the problem. After a lengthy IT run through, it was finally determined that the Internet routers at the hotel had no power cords, and were therefore not working. Really? The second day still no Internet (a lot of my work is done on the Internet). Called the front desk. They had customer service call me. I explained about the power cords but the rep had me go through all the system and setting checks on my laptop before he finally determined the routers at the hotel had no power cords. No work done for two days, sink would not drain, water dripping from the ceiling into the bed, and even though I informed the front desk of all of these issues, the only attempt at making it right was to move me to a different room. No discount. Still no Internet for the entire two days. They obviously could care less at this hotel, and their not afraid to show they don't care.
