I visited Seven Bridges in January 2013. The service at this restaurant is stellar; we were seated almost immediately (it was a Sunday evening), and the wait staff was attentive and always had a smile. I was not super hungry so had the tapas as my meal. It was excellent. The flat bread was fresh and hot and the selection of hummus, olive tapenade, etc. was tasty. My daughter had a grilled chicken caesar salad and she said it was very fresh and had tender romaine lettuce. Her boyfriend had a pizza and the pepperoni was authentic, Italian pepperoni and was served piping hot. He did sample a couple of the brews and enjoyed both very much.
I can't speak to how busy this restaurant is on other nights of the week, but even if it's busy, it's worth the wait!
