The Wine Cellar is a real find.
We were in a large group, and the restaurant met our needs beautifully.
We especially enjoyed the Ahi tuna and the chocolate torte.
Food, wine and service were comparable to some of San Francisco’s better restaurants – quite unexpected in Jacksonville!
