This restaurant seems to be succeeding where several have failed, and their secret is simple. Give customers really good food at great prices and have your staff deliver top service. Seems like everyone should know that, but Toscana certainly does. Their chef is not Italian, he's Albanian, but boy you'd never prove it by me. All their dishes are well prepared and if they are not traditional Italian, well then the Italians need to change their recipes. They have recently expanded their menu adding even more tasty treats. There really is nothing I cannot recommend, and there are usually nightly specials. If you have a desire for something not on the menu, just ask if the chef can make it. If he has the ingredients he will gladly prepare anything you want. We have been there now 5 or 6 times, and it is a place we always take family or friends who visit. We have never had a "I didn't like my meal" and it is usually, "I wish this was in our town".
