Whitney, Zach, Becky and Cynthia in particular have gone out of their way to ensure my unexpected extension at the clinic was buffered with kindness and comfort. The front desk folks and drivers have really gone out of their way to get me to and from the health providers, have provided friendly service, helped carry groceries, found and returned an iPad I misplaced, (thank you Becky) and helped me to change rooms without complaint. The atmosphere at this hotel is congenial, cheerful, and homey. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable with all the amenities, what makes it special is the crew. I would recommend this hotel above the Hilton (having stayed at both this trip) because of the personal friendliness and extra effort put forward. Pricing is well below the service provided, great job guys! Mason was also able to provide information on how to get out to see the sights with a local service provider. Helps a lot to have people who care enough about what they do to extend themselves to strangers. I will definitely be back to stay here on return visits because of the friendly and clean atmosphere. Stayed 2 nights. They offer a Mayo Clinic rate and shuttle. Staff very helpful. Location excellent with grocery store, restaurants next door. Room was clean, quiet with very comfortable bed. Only down side was that the air from the ac unit blew directly on side of bed and was not adjustable.
