Excellent Hotel for visiting Mayo Clinic or visiting friends in Jacksonville. Located within walking distant to Publics, Ruby Tuesdays and a fast food restaurant. If you're going to Mayo you never have to drive your car.The hotel shuttle is available all day for the Mayco Clinic

Pleasant room and furnishings but beds were not very comfortable as way too hard and this detracted from everything else the hotel offered. Pool area was pleasant and had a view of a golf course behind the hotel.

The hotel should have a breakfast that people can eat before they have to be at the mayo clinic at 6:30 am.

the desk should tell the maid service when someone has a late check out. My daugher was in the bathroom sick when they pounded on the door and said we did not have a late check out...this was untrue.

They should be upfront with the price. When my daughter called they gave her a rate of 124.00 per night. and the Mayo rate is 80.00 per night. I had to cancel it and rebook on the internet to get a decent rate.

If you are in Jacksonville for Mayo Clinic this is the best place to stay. Great service and caring people.
