“Professional service but unprofessional look”

The service at this hotel is excellent. The front-desk staff is very helpful, and courtesy. This hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is above average. The room and bed is very comfortable. I really Enjoyed my stay here. However, I don't understand how a hotel with 5 Star service don't have a 5 Star look? Yes they lack the professional 5 star Look. The front desk uniforms are highly unprofessional. They look like uniforms that the housekeepers should be wearing. Their look do not match their service. Management should take it into consideration and upgrade the uniforms and give their staff a more professional look. Their uniforms keep me from given them a 5 circle rating. Overall I love this hotel and will stay here every time I visit Jacksonville
