A very warm and seemingly earnest greeting by our server was followed by his having several mini-bouts of amnesia- he forgot about us and our orders. We shouldn't have to ask him to replenish the bread four times. It seemed to our table of four that his other tables had more focused service, and it should be noted that his co-servers were also pleasant, but only borderline attentive. For a $360+ tab, we thought the service was uneven and inattentive.

As to the food, our consensus was that it was too salty and too peppery, with an aftertaste of both. The side dishes were large and tasty. The steaks were just too seasoned for our taste, and as a result we had lots(almost all) left over, but our server didn't seem to notice. We were reticent to send back 3 of the 4 entrees, especially as we had been there for an hour or more when the entrees arrived. All in all, we had plenty of time to talk and catch up while waiting for the food to be served. Unfortunately, the timing and forgetfulness of the service made for an expensive foray into a straightforward family dinner for four turning into a bad experience.

A gift was given and we spent the entire $160 on our 2 meals with no alcohol. Services was grand, steak melted in my mouth and hubbys salmon was perfect. They serve sides family stle. Brought lots of it home. We gave a generous gratuity!

My first visit to RC I'm very impressed. This is how ALL restaurants should treat their customers. The attention to details regarding the customer's needs are excellent. I really enjoyed EVERYHING. Somehow I keep comparing other steakhouses to RC, I'm here to tell you there are no comparison. Ruth's Chris is the very best. Yummy yummy and sizzling plates.

I like the steak and the food and the 19 waiters. There were lots of waiters, waiters for this, and that, and water, and steak. Dad said "warm steak!" then I said "NO! Luke steak!" We bumped it and it was known. Behold the steaks are not skated on the staffs disgusting feet they are served on plates by Jeffaltimiliumtonio. A Jew!!!
