We just needed a place near the airport after an exhausting international flight. TA reviews suggested this hotel was a good choice. As is almost always the case, TA reviewers were accurate.
Chech-in was easy once the front desk clerk appeared. If one is going to leave the desk & lobby without staff a small note saying "Back in 5 Minutes" could prevent a guest from wondering if the clerk was asleep or somehow disabeled.
Rooms were more than adequate. The photos are fairly accurate. Furnishings are plain & utilitarian, but harmonious. Linens were OK, not 5 star quality, but better than average. Beds were a bit lumpy & pillows almost could be items of torture. The cramp in my neck lasted only a few hours on the following morning.
The rooms have mini-fridge and microwave, which we didn't use. There is also a small coffee pot. The bathroom is good-sized. The water is hot, and the towels are OK. The small flat screen TV is too small for the room, but the picture was good. Channel offerings were adequate.
The only significant disadvantage was the breakfast. Pre-packaged bagels & muffins, 3 tired looking bananas, cold cereal & some orange-flavored beverage plus coffee were offered in a tiny room off of the lobby. It was probably OK that we did not attempt to eat because there were only 2 two top tables & a counter with three stools in the hallway by the ice machine. If this were the best I could manage for breakfast I am not sure I would bother.
Overall this is one of the most impressive places we have stayed in the last few months when you consider price & location. This will be my new "go to" hotel when I need something near the airport.
