Patsy was a treasure trove of lore about local history and the Roosevelts. She was very welcoming and informative. I was there to do research, and she connected me with people who had actually known the woman I was researching. She really went out of her way for me.
My room was small but nice. Unfortunately, the larger bedroom wasn't available. No breakfast, but just a block away from a good local cafe that sold the NY Times.
