I have been going to the Culinary Institute for many years. It is always interesting and rewarding. The students are easy to talk speak with and openly share their experiences and plans. The grounds are beautiful and provide wonderful views of the Hudson River, especially during foliage season. The service, food and restaurants all deliver as expected. Food and service are provided by students.
I am looking forward to the re-purposed Escoffier Room, a long overdue update.
