A gret set of prints and pictures about FDR during his life. Interesting and educational for all of us.

“Under Construction”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

This Park Service run facility is a must see if you like history, old homes or, like us, are trying to visit all the Presidential Libraries and Museums. It is currently undergoing a face lift after 60 plus years. There is a small display of family photos and information that was nice to see.

“A Must See”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

Hyde Park NY is such a nice, small, picturesque, town along the Hudson River. FDR's estate is located right on the Hudson with sweeping views in every direction. Huge grounds with walking tours or if you want you can just do it alone like we did. His wife Eleanor and FDR are buried side by side in the enormous Flower and Rose Garden. The FDR Library and Visitor Center are filled to the brim with the past. A must see!

“Nicely presented”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

The library is being renovated, but we were able to see a few wonderful films and exhibits. We learned a lot about FDR's life and also about Eleanor, who was a most interesting and impressive first lady. The house is a separate tour, which we did not have time to visit.
