This is a small place but the great staff and tour guide tells you about this family and the death of the first civilian fatality. It is a great story and it was a good way to start off the tours of the day. The audio in the basement sucked. But the rest of the tour was very good and informative.

“very informative”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

We took a tour of the Jennie Wade House and were very impressed with our tour guide. She really made the tour interesting and did not sound like it was from a script. We learned a lot and would recommend this tour for anyone going to visit Gettysburg.

Our Ghostly Images tour of the Jennie Wade House was informative and gave insight on how Jennie was killed.

“Poor Jennie”

Very interesting! This attraction is next door to The Inn of 1836! The actual bullet holes through the door are thought provoking to say the least!
