Live in the area and love the Monday night Steak special. But the size of portions and the just the service has gone down hill this past summer. All the servers we have had the past three months need a lot of training and need to know that locals come in and they are the bread and butter over the winter. Had to ask one server 3 times to wipe our table because it was sticky Had to finally tell her she needed hot water on the cloth and got a look that could have killed. Then this past Monday had to sit at a dirty table for 12 minutes before the server came over cleared some of the dishes and went to put the menus down before removing the rest of the glasses from the guests before us or wipe down a sticky and dirty table. Again had to ask her to please clear the rest and wipe it down before putting silverware or menus on the table. Then bearly even got talked to the rest of the time we were there. The restaurant itself should be shutdown for a week this winter and cleaned correctly. It has really gone downhill this past year. The staff and ownership needs to remember the locals are needed all year round. Would not tell people to go unless they are going for a special and don't expect good service.
