If you're hungry, and looking to fill up without spending a ton of money, this is a place to consider. It is not gourmet, in fact, since they don't label everything I wasn't quite sure what everything on the buffet was. But, there is a typical salad bar, two kinds of soup (that weren't too salty!), fresh bread and cornbread, lots of main dishes (the night we were there we had very good chicken, meatballs, ribs, etc), and desserts (jello, brownies, cakes). Again, nothing gourmet - just decent, fill your stomach, everyday food.
