“Savory”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012 via mobile

Went to Garryowens for dinner with family last night while in town on vacation. We had wonderful service, Derrick and Matt were great. Food was outstanding. Kids loved it too. Lamb shank was the special and it was delicious! I would highly recommend this Irish pub!

“Nice Irish pub. Can't go wrong”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2012 via mobile

Good food all in our party were happy. Service a little slow but beer cold in the meantime. Place was clean. Enjoyed the Irish B L T. Fries were crisp and brown. Boys enjoyed burgers and pulled pork. Everything spot-on. Waiter very personable. Will def go back

“Okay, Just Average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2012

It's supposedly an authentic Irish restaurant. The Shepherd's pie is very average, the bangers and mash tastes like chop meat. atmosphere is cramped. We have given it 2 chances, and that's probably it.

“Shepherds Pie Great, everything else, eh.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2012 via mobile

Nice small restaurant, sat right down at 8p on a Friday. Great Irish beer selection, gotta love Smithwicks on tap. Beef stew had very little beef and carrots weren't done. Bread bowl was great. My husbands Shepherds Pie was very flavorful. Desert was hit and miss. Tart was chemical tasting, ginger ice cream was strong but did taste exactly like gingerbread, and Baileys cheesecake was great.
Service was awesome and it is a great place for friends to go and talk.
