I reserved this hotel through CHOP's website as I was working there. I did not spend much time at the hotel, becuase my flight was so late, but the little time I was there was very nice. My room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a bonus that there was complimentary bottled water in the room. The hotel is not withing walking distance to the hospital, but I would definitely stay here again whether for business or pleasure.

Stayed here one night for an event in the city, and had a lovely stay. Requested a late checkout and were easily accommodated. The room was gorgeous, and the bed incredibly comfortable. We were on the 10th floor and didn't hear any street noise, but we did hear the elevators occasionally. On our way out only one elevator was working so we had to wait a little bit, but it wasn't a big deal. My two complaints were the lack of water glasses in the rooms and the Keurig coffee is pretty nasty.

Stayed at The Latham for one night because it was an I Prefer property. Outstanding service from the moment we walked in the door. Check in (lovely young woman Maria?), drinks at the bar ( great bartender) and the location made this a great stop over in Philadelphia for our evening out on the town. Met one of the managers while we were at the bar in the afternoon and he could not have been any nicer and most welcoming. Would stay here again when in Philadelphia for dinner.

I stayed here years ago and received a pleasant surprise when I returned recently. The hotel is newly renovated and greatly improved. The hotel restaurant/bar is convenience and good. They also provide a driver to drop you off at local sites. Very cool. The hotel is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
