A very nice small hotel near the historic section of Philly. It use to be a warehouse and was converted to a hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The Breakfasts were very nice as well with good coffee. Rooms were small but clean and neat. If I was to go to Philly again I would stay in this hotel again.
