“Nice outdoor seating. Good for Lunch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2012

Mexican Post is just a few blocks from my office so we frequently stop there for lunch. The food is average to good Mexican style food. The have a large outdoor seating area when the weather is good but it fills up fast. The interior of the restaurant is nice and very comfortable. The last couple of times the service has been a little slow but still friendly and good. They regularly run food and drink specials so check the website to see what's happening.

“I Don't think So”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2012

We used to frequent the Post and made a trip back recently only to be very disappointed with the food.It appears to be in line with a chillies or chi-chi's now, nothing all that good, chain restaurant like.... in a bad way. Will not be returning they have managed to make our black list, there are so many real good Mexican joints in philly now, this one is not needed.

“Seafood Nachos, but $$ margaritas”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2011

Margaritas were good. I had the strawberry and it was refreshingly not pure mix concoction... but they were $7 - 8 a piece and not very big. The Seafood Nachos were AMAZING. The seafood was delicous and plentiful (and not just shrimp)... however don't splurge and get the $1.25 extra seafood for your enchiladas or tacos.. it was not the same seafood and was dry...
