“Bland!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013 via mobile

One of the main things I like about eating out is unique flavors. This was not it. We had the cod which was a little spicy but bland! All that seasoned the fish was salt! And it was a lot! Everything here was very salty. Take away the salt and I just had a fried piece of fish! Horrible for the money! And the fennel soup was way too creamy! Not worth the money, but the view of the park was gorgeous...

“Wonderful dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

You don't need to stay at the hotel to enjoy this amazing restaurant. The food is excellenct but the views of Rittenhouse square are what really make this place special.

“beautiful view, at-best average food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

maybe the uninspired food would've gone down better had we been given a booth with a view but shoved into the tiny dated bar area made me wish we'd crossed the square for cosi

“Topnotch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

LaCroix has always been one of philly's top restaurants. It has created an arsenal of chefs that have helmed the pass for many years. In which I tip my hat to Jon for the work he has done as the newest chef. The flavors and presentations are above and beyond the expectations that are put on to such a restaurant. With Fred's follow up with desserts it is an automatic home run. Cheers to you for keeping chef LaCroix's vision alive!

“Best of philly!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013 via mobile

This restaurant is devine! I have dined here several times over the last ten years and Chef Jon Cichon you take the cake. His creativity is superb and the balance between sweet and savory is spot on. Chef Jon's food creates the perfect mouthfeel for me. Every dish is beautifully constructed and artfully plated. Congrats to you and your team!

As for the service, it complements the food perfectly. I read a while back that the servers are like ninjas, quietly executing their standards seamlessly. Couldn't have said it better!

Thank you Lacroix!
