The restaurants belongs to the Monaco Kimpton Hotel and, according to the Kimpton philosophy, it is meant to be a nice place to relax and to have good food.
American flavours with a touch of originality. I tried a lobster chowder and my husband a pork fillet -both very good. But the fruit cobbler (with apples and cherries respectively), wich we ordered with a side-Porto glass, was the top! I also liked the decor and the jars full of preserves (garlic, aubergines, etc.). And the waiteress was quite nice indeed.
