“This beats the New York Botanical Gardens!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2012

Bought a membership to MA at a charity auction and we've gone a few times over the last 9 months, most recently with friends from Brooklyn. Even in the colder months, MA has some interesting things to offer and we've yet to see the whole facility. The tree house and trains are clearly the highlight for little ones, but the fern grotto and log cabin were entertaining for them as well. A treasure worthy of preserving!

“Beautiful place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2012

My kids love running from the bird's nest to the trains to the stepping stones to the hidden nature paths. It's a fun way to spend a morning or afternoon in nice weather.

“More than just a walk in the park, the Arboretum is a real treasure.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2011 via mobile

No matter what your age, the Morris Arboretum is one of the top 10 ways to spend the day outdoors. The rose garden is just spectacular in bloom. Kids and parents alike will love the "Out On a Limb" interactive exhibit and the unique working railway made out of twigs! Be sure to check out the calendar of events on their website. There's much to do during summer months from the annual plant sale to concerts in the park. Open year round, it's a must go. Seasonal cafe on grounds. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes.

“One Giant Tree House”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2011

It is getting rough out there people when I break my 30 minute car limit. But as summer drags on and I am feeling a little been there done that…you gotta bend the rules. Today we hit up Morris Arboretum in Chestnut Hill. Now I am not a garden kinda mom but I have to say as giant gardens go this place was pretty cool. The whole thing is kinda feels like a giant tree house adventure.
