I tried to order tickets for Wicked at the box office. At the website, i was directed to a secondary seller. I ordered the tickets in January for the July 19th show. After many calls (i was told the tickets hadn't been released) i finally received the tickets 48 hours before the show. When i received the tickets, all four were behind a pole that divided the stage in half. The performance of Wicked was amazing but the ticket experience was the worst i ever encountered.
