“"Comfort Food Par Excellence"”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

If you are a fan of noodles, lomein, pad thai, etc. this is the place. Make sure you are hungry. The quick and efficient service plus the aroma of delicious dishes quickly lets you know you are in the right place. Not only is the noodles available in many variations, all delicious, but they have also wide selections of dim sum and main dishes that make you decide to come back for more if you are not already stuffed to the gills. If you happen to have business in Philadelphia, University district visit this restaurant and you will be truly satisfied.

“Get the Chow Fun noodles”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2012

Chow Fun noodles are the king of noodles, fresh, silky wide and thin, these noodles are great with chicken and a flavorful brown sauce. This place has the best chicken chow fun I can remember> we walked in at a few minutes before noon and by 12:10, the large restaurant was completely full. Apparently, everyone in the neighborhood (UPenn) knows about it. Someone I spoke to there claimed that another Sang Kee in town was better, but this one was good enough for me.

“Surpassed my expectations!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

I had a really great experience at Sangkee. The Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious! I ordered the seared ahi tuna and honey shrimp with walnuts. My fiance got dumpling & some kind of duck entree, which was really good.

We had a nice date night there but are looking forward to going again to get simpler items on the menu (pho, rice bowls, etc). I'm glad this place is on our radar now!

“Noodle Bar”

Fine if you like noodles. Not appropriate as the only F&B outlet at a Sheraton. Breakfast is so so with no fresh milk for coffee.

“Food good, service good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

I had dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. The dinner was really good. There is a great variety to choose from. The service was efficient on a night when the restaurant was full. If you plan to eat dinner here, be aware that you may have to wait a bit to get in, as it is popular. I'm not sure if it is possible to make a reservation.

The omelette I had for breakfast was OK and generously filled with ingredients (you can choose which three you want), but tasted quite bland.
