“Easily do-able”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

If you really aren't into cemetery's this is one to go to. You get to see governors, Revolutionary Way hero's and signors of the Declaration in addition to Ben Franklin. Take the tour around the place and you will learn a lot even if you aren't really interested in it. It's a good 45 minutes that is worth it!

“Lovely place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

Our daughter sang there last year. This is history still alive and well. What a beautiful building. Everyone who comes to Philly should at least drive by it, if nothing else.

“Final resting place of Ben Franklin”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012

We didn't go in, but we could see Ben Franklin's burial plot from the street. Like others before us, we tossed a few pennies onto his grave and thought pleasant thoughts of a wise man. If we'd had time we would have entered, but it was getting late.

“Shhhhhh.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2012

It was nice to step off a busy, modern-traffic street and into the hush of the cemetary. The markers are interesting and bring a sense of kinship to a person interested in the grander scheme of Revolution Era history.
