We were exited to visit this museum (particularly after visiting J.P Morgan's museum and library in NY which impressed us a lot). Unfortunately we can't say the same about this place. The museum and library itself is an interesting place. If only it was presented to the public by more knowledgeable in the subject that museum is about and well spoken guide. Unfortunately our guide (who's name I believe was Andrew) did not possess these qualities. His presentation was sporadic, sometimes confusing, didn't give much information about Rosenbach brothers, most of the time didn't have any answers to the questions asked during the tour and frankly was just boring. We heard a lot of times: "we have this relic book or that rare document, let me show you"... and then "Opps, sorry I can't find it..". Very unprofessional, and shows complete unpreparedness to the presentation of the tour. If the museum has unique documents, books or other collectibles it would be much more interesting to see them on displays in rotating manner like the Morgan's museum does. People come to museums to SEE rare things, not just to hear about them. We hope the museum's management will be able to correct things and then maybe more people will attend it.
