A friend from another country and I wanted to see Philadelphia, and splurge a little on a hotel. We picked Sofitel which was just wonderful. It is a bit expensive, but well worth the services, the comfort level and location. Excellent choice.

My fiance and I stayed at the Sofitel on Saturday, March 10, 2007. We live in the Philly suburbs but wanted to spend an evening out in the city for his birthday and decided to stay overnight. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were extremely pleasant. It was easy to valet park the car. The room was very clean. Very soft bed and pillows and towels. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed 2 nights with two of my friends (girls weekend). Everything was wonderful, from check in to check out. The bed was AMAZING, the bathroom was impeccably clean and large. The concierge was very helpful. Great location. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a great time at the Sofitel. They had champagne for my boyfriend's birthday when we arrived. Room was comfortable and stylish. The bed made us realize how bad ours is! Bathroom was well appointed and beautiful. Great bath products and comfy robes. Location was excellent, near great restaurants and shopping. I got a great deal from www.gophila.com. My boyfriend was sick, and we spent a lot more time in the room than we had planned. However, with the Sofitel, it was a treat.

My husband & I stayed in a jr suite. It was very nice.
Comfortable bed, very clean and a nice size room.
The staff was great. Overall, a great stay.
