“Pricey but worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012 via mobile

We are staying at the Ritz Carlton so it is very convenient. Breakfast is very nice --starting with a basket of scrumptious muffins and bread (complimentary). Eggs done right, nice portions, gorgeous ambiance.

“good food enjoyable atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

Flavors were great. We really liked the appetizers, and chef/staff did a great job matching wines by the glass to our courses.

“Good but”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2012

Food was good but ran out of the "special" appetizer although it was only 8:00 on a Saturday. Waiter told us all about it then came back and told us there was no more. Also, order a house drink specialty only to be told they did not have the certain liquor that goes in it. Kind of disappointing considering this is an Eric Rippert restaurant. Food that we did order was very good though.

“Beware Valet Parking”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2012

I'm writing this more as a warning to future patrons than a review of 10 Arts. I love the lobby bar at the Ritz Carlton. The building's historic interior has been beautifully preserved, the seating is comfortable, the food and drinks are great and the service is top notch. Beware, however, if you decide to use the hotel's valet parking service. One month after meeting friends for drinks at 10 Arts, I received a notice from the Philadelphia Parking Authority informing me that my car had been photographed the evening I'd been there going through a red light at South Penn Square. Although the driver was the Ritz parking attendant, the hotel has been unresponsive to my complaints. Maybe because this happens so often. According to a friend who's a Philadelphia police officer, the valets at the Ritz are "the worst." As he describes it "they park the cars at the Crowne Plaza then fly down Market Street to return them, running every red light along the way." So if you're going to traveling by cab or on foot, 10 Arts could be a fine choice. But if you leave your car with the valet, don't be surprised if you're hit with a hundred dollar fine a few weeks later.

“Fantastic food, great venue, buu food took a while”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2012

Great location, venue and fantastic food! We went for lunch as part of a business lunch. The food took a while to come, but the server took some money off the bill as a result. I would eat there again.
