“Try the Ftench toast!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014

We had the eggs Benedict and the sauce was on the tasteless side for me. Brunch is served with baguettes and a cranberry/ walnut bread which was great. Next day I tried the French toast with strawberries and slivered almonds. Good stuff! Cappuccinos are great and friendly service. Sit outdoors on the park side or indoors near open windows.

“Parc for Brunch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

There were 10 of us in Philly for a family event. We had time on Sunday to stroll around the city and decided to try Parc, which is actually next to a park where some great street performers were dancing. We waited approx. 20 mins. to get into Parc for brunch. The food was fantastic, services was stellar and the atmosphere was right out of France. As I've only eaten here for brunch, I highly recommend this restaurant for brunch.

“You're paying for the location ONLY!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

I've been here twice. I ordered two different things and felt both items were OK at best. Prices are so overpriced. I know the location is prime but I still expect superior quality food. You are better off going somewhere on 13th street (near walnut/chestnut) if you want quality. I give this a B-.

“Perfect french bistro”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

Had dinner with my mom on a Saturday evening. Very lively restaurant and bar scene; however, the rear dining room was perfect for a quite dinner, even though each table was full. Food is outstanding, as is the selection of bread to start!

“Worthwhile dining experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2014

I was traveling to Philadelphia to meet a friend and was staying nearby and she suggested Parc. She made reservations about a week in advance and requested a seat by the window and, as it was a beautiful May evening, the window doors were open. While there a delay in getting seated, the staff was friendly. The tables and general decor are Parisian in nature, We sat facing the park, which is free entertainment. The bread was excellent with several choices in the basket. The food was good and well plated. I had the escargot and the beef bourgogne. My friend had the shrimp and the cheeseburger. Most of the dishes were French, including the onion soup, steak tartare, steak frites and rabbit. The wine list was extensive, though we each were ordering by the glass. Service was good in that it wasn't obtrusive, they didn't rush you, but there when you wanted it.
