“Nice, Friendly Staff”

The staff was very pleasant. The pool is right past the front door, which I think is odd. Also had no towels the first day. Think someone should pop in there once in a while for the fact that some people were going into workout room with no shoes and bathing suits. The pool itself was warm, but small. The breakfast buffet has a great variety, but a bit pricey. Bed is comfortable, no odd smells, clean. There is no frig or microwave in the room, which we missed. I would have given it a 3.5 if I could.

If you're coming in late, and hope to grab a bite... go somewhere else. If you want to have a nice breakfast before a busy day, skip this one. Buffet was very expensive and terrible. Cheaper hotels with free breakfast do a better job. Staff was very nice, so I didn't have the heart to tell them their food stunk.

Good morning David V S, first thank you very much for staying with us. As we know you have many choices in the area, we certainly do appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family. We strive to be proactive in our approach to hospitality by anticipating the needs of our guests, and it is our goal to provide a great experience for all of our guests. In your particular case, it seems we fell well short of our goal with regards to our food selection.

I have shared your comments with our Director of F&B as this was not up to our standards. I will absolutely tell you this is not the norm here at our property. I know that this does not change your experience, but I do hope that you would give us another opportunity to show you what type of service we consistently provide the next time your travels bring you to Philadelphia.

This is an older hotel that has been nicely updated. Our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Bottled water in the room was complimentary and the coffee maker made good coffee. Infused waters were also complimentary in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The big plus for this property is the free parking. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would stay here again.

Twice I stayed at this hotel due to airline screwups. Both times, the staff were pleasant, shuttle on time, and room service wine brought quickly. It was a relief to stay at a well known and safe hotel. Only glitch was the second night trying to get a snack at the bar, the cook left early per the waitress, but she made up for it with popcorn and quickly delivered wine. Great waitress. Thanks for being there Hilton!

We were in Philadelphia to see a Bruins-Flyers game. This location was perfect for us. The rooms were good size, clean and very comfortable. Easy access to Interstate and not far from other Philadelphia attractions. Would stay here again.

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Excellent experience. Hotel is updated and clean. Front desk staff was consistently friendly and helpful. My son used the fitness facility which he liked. The hotel was almost totally booked but the wait for the elevators wasn't too long and the place didn't feel crowded. And parking on-site is free!
Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

My husband booked the hotel ($179) for me and 2 kids for 1 night due to an unexpected flight delay. He was under the impression it was a nice hotel. Arrived about 9pm, was picked up by courtesy van, driver was pleasant and we did not have to wait long at baggage claim. Lobby and reception was nice and gave no indication of anything other than 4 star. Disappointing once you reach your room. It was clean however, very outdated, carpets needs to be replaced. Honestly, I don't see how Hilton can charge such a high rate given the condition of rooms. The restaurant was closed so we ate at their sports bar. On such a busy night (NHL Stanley Cup)they were understaff so service slow and food came out cold. This is not the Hilton brand I know.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, but I wanted to address a few of your comments to ensure you are aware of some exciting changes taking place here at the hotel. We are in the process of upgrading our rooms and corridors throughout the hotel which will certainly improve our facilities. As you stated, our rooms are clean - but, they are dated. These needed improvements will certainly make our hotel worthy of the great service our staff strives to provide.
