Shameful, a pathetic and pretentious mistake of a hotel. We arrived late and found a filthy environment ("oh!, we had a big party tonight" - plumbing problems without an engineer on call (no hot water) - a bunch of bad guys run the front desk - the worst kitchen in this good eating city - and the mattress in their "parlor" suites are 2 inches thick at best (right out of the 20s). When we complained
they told us that the hotel and in fact the entire city was booked up and that there wasn't anything that they could do to be helpful until the next morning. We called around and quickly found a great room a few blocks away, and on the river, with a view, at the Hyatt. [----] refunded our monies. Good luck.

Great hotel. Best service we have had in a hotel over the past 2 years. Sunday brunch is outstanding.

Stayed in the Omni just after New Year with my wife and two sons (2 & 1) and even with two cots and the two queen beds there was plenty of room for the boys to play during the cold days, and evenings. My wife fell ill so never left the hotel, but due to its great location this was not a problem. The housekeeping staff respected the 'Do not disturb' sign absolutely so my wife was able to get plenty of rest while we toured Philly. My parents were also visiting with us and noted that the bar food downstairs was good. Upon departure, we left three of our coats in one of the wardrobes, and once notified, the hotel quickly packaged these up and sent them to our New York home at no additional charge to ourselves. We could not ask more and when we return to see Philadelphia properly this is where we will stay.

Very good location, nice clean, newish room. Nice lobby, bar` area, piano music playing. Pool area seemed upscale. Parking was a little pricey ( $ 32) to me but its right in CC
