We stayed at the Loews during our wedding weekend and had a wedding block of roughly 45 rooms. When we arrived, the VIP staff had a small gift waiting for us in our room. Our room was a corner luxury king with a beautiful view of the city. We set up our check-in bags and gave them to the front desk, which were distributed without an issue. They also had a bridal ready room where the bride and her bridesmaids got ready the morning of the wedding. After our wedding reception, we came back to the hotel and partied for another couple hours at the Sole Food Restaurant which is open until 2 am on the weekends. When we came back to the room to call it a night, the hotel staff had arranged a heart on our bed out of rose pedals and embroidered our pillow cases with our name and the date of our wedding, which was completely unexpected. The Loews hotel was an essential part of our wedding even though we didn’t have the ceremony/reception there. They made us feel welcome, comfortable, and helped us prepare for the best day of our lives.
