The hotel was nice, but I wasn't wowed the way I would have liked to be. The man who checked me in didn't give me any information about how the hotel was laid out, nor did he give me the breakfast vouchers that were part of my room deal. The pool on the roof was cool, especially for my kids. The signage on the 7th floor (I can't speak for other floors) could have been improved. There is construction at the front of the building which makes it hard to pull up to check in. I'm sure the end result will be good, but in the mean time, the hotel should notify guests of the best way to approach the hotel for check in.

Stayed here one night. Will likely not return. Stayed in room on second floor. Room well kept but have three main concerns: outside the room windows was the roof of a section of the first floor which would not ordinarily be a problem, however, the noise of large AC units and vents kept me awake nearly all night; also the room AC blower fan was also very noisy; finally the tub drained so slowly that I was standing in ankle deep water before my shower had ended. Expect better in a hotel located in historic area of Philadelphia.

Room Tip: Upper level floors may be better.

The exterior was under construction at the time we arrived, but wasn't a problem because once you came in the lobby it was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great location, walking distance to everything. Outdoor pool also clean and nice. My 4 yr old asked if we were coming back. I believe it was a successful vacation.

This was a clean and updated hotel. Great time! Good pool except I do wish it was handicap accessible. Felt bad for a wheelchair person who couldn't come out. And the hotel bar doesn't open till 5. But overall great experience
