“A cracking tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2013

We took the free tour and it was excellent. The guides were so knowledgable and friendly I felt I could have asked them anything and they would have known the answer.

Great tour.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2013

The tour gives you lots of history and the tour guides are well prepared and welcome participation..that worked with my 12 year old history buff! The house in itself is very well kept, this was one of my favorite tours in Philly!

“Where our country began”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

This is the very epicenter of American history and a must see for all Americans. The tour guides are great and the setting beautiful. Visitors should know that if you want to see it you should get your timed tickets very early in the day or reserve them ahead of time. Also, you get to see the second floor in the late fall and winter but not in the summer.

“Our Country Was Founded Here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

Washington, Franklin, Adams and other Founding Fathers debated here for our Declaration of Independence and Constitution.
This is one of the most hallowed places in American History.

“Very educational”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

The chat given by the tour guides were excellent - informative, educational, entertaining, relevant. It was breath taking to be in the place were our country was formed and to hear what it took for our forefathers to do what they did. The site is very nicely maintained.
