Let me start by saying that this is a huge building and I stayed in one room. So I do not know about the others. I had three problems while staying: The first night I did not sleep well, too much mechanical noise that I attributed to the AC. The second night I decided to warm up the room and turn the AC off. Since the noise persisted, I was able to pinpoint the source at the soda machine in front of my desk. I requested a change of rooms, also because my toilet got clogged. I was told to try again after noon but by the time I did it, I was informed that they were booked. Upon insistence, a visibly frustrated agent derived my case to a supervisor, to whom I suggested that they unplug the soda machine. That night I turned off the AC and had a better sleep, albeit chilly. The next night I tried warming up the room before, but then the AC refused to stop, that is until I tried to turn it off at 2 AM.
So:
1) clogged toilet 2) noisy soda machine right in front of my door and 3) a very independent air conditioning unit that decides on its own when to cool and when to heat, and it keeps switching.

Add to that that the restroom ceiling had some unfinished patch work and you get the idea.

Great view of the city.. close to shopping, bars and restaurants...... which is great
Only problem was the room was near the elevator, which wa a bit noisy at times...
Nice place though.. staff was friendly and attentive..... Grab a beer at the Good Dog bar or Perchm which is right across the street

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Ths staff were very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was very good with a great choice of buffet breakfast. The location of the hotel was very central to main attractions ,shopping , bars and restaurants The open top bus stopped close by. The room was well appointed and bright with a lovely corner window . This was a multi centre holiday and we returned to this hotel at the end of our trip prior to our flight home.

The location was great. There was so many wonderful restaurants and shopping around. You can also walk to the liberty bell from the location. Our room even though it was a bit small was perfect. The bar at the hotel was a cool spot to get a drink at. I would totally stay there again
