I chose this hotel for its "deal" on Expedia, but it wasn't worth the price. It's clean, but really out of date. It feels old, cheap and worn out. Upon my arrival, they were mopping the lobby with toxic-smelling chemicals. There was a big bleach stain on the hall carpet in front of my door. I had a view of an alley and an ugly backside of the building next door. The room was clean. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, only the hole in the wall where the rack should have been. The indoor pool was something out of the 70's and smelled heavily of chlorine. We asked for a wake up call -- and the staff totally forgot about it. When we mentioned it to them, there no apologies. The breakfast was poorly presented, the cheapest food possible, and they didn't have enough seats for all the guests who were crowded in there and trying to eat. They ran out of cereal, and didn't bother to fill the bin. Their coffee had lots of grounds in it. I reserved via Expedia, and didn't have me "in the computer" upon arrival. What a mess.
