We loved Lakefront and shared the experience with family and friends over the years. Knowing a new chef was on board we were excited to see the changes. I realize when a new chef is in charge they want to have their own signature. My question is but WHY get rid of the many favorites of their long time patrons, such as the lavendar creme brûlée and other favorites. In reading other reviews I learned that their diver scallops were WAY too salty and undercooked as well as my order. The salad was just some organic greens with a little vinaigrette for a huge $$$$. So it wasn't just me. We will not be returning and will explore other fine dining in Mammoth such as Petra's.
