Description: Twisted Olive’s name is a spin-off of a restaurant in Baltimore, “Black Olive,” which happens to be the owner’s, Steve and Sherri Kershner, favorite restaurant. Steve and Sherri wanted the name of their restaurant to convey a fun, approachable, and unpretentious image to the public. The style of cuisine at Twisted Olive could be classified as casual-bistro style cuisine with a world twist. Chef Steve decided to go that route with his menu so as to not limit himself or the restaurant. Chef Steve’s comments on his menu, “On any given night, you might find Italian, Spanish, Moroccan or Thai dishes. Our ideas will stay fresh, so people will keep coming back. I will also use the freshest ingredients from my garden at home.” Twisted Olive features a full bar and cocktail lounge. We have seasonal drink specials along with house infused spirits and syrups as well as craft beers on draught and in bottle. We have a beautiful outdoor deck for “al fresco” dining, just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Broad street.

“Wow! Wow! Wow!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2013

Went to Twisted Olive for an event. They usually serve little foods at these events but Twisted Olive went way, way out. They brought Cracked Shrimp. Normally you see small shrimp in places. You might even see large shrimp in places but these were HUGE shrimp and were excellent. They also brought out Lamb lollipops that were also excellent. Chicken on skewers that were excellent and other delicious items. Not only did they bring them out, they just kept coming and coming. We ate so much and seemed like we couldn't stop. They even brought dessert and I ate 4 of them. I'm looking for the petition to sign for them to put the cracked shrimp on the menu. This is not currently offered. They staff were excellent and friendly.
Go and enjoy. You won't be sorry.

“Delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

The Twisted Olive is a great new addition to the Bethlehem restaurant scene. The food is fresh and packed with flavor. The service is excellent. Atmosphere is casual, przetty much the same as its predecessor. But the food is more diversified and more delicious. Bread is tasty, pleantiful and free (unlike the BYOB [bring your own bread] Sette Luna in Easton which charges for bread.) Also, Twisted Olive has outdoor seating which the weather is warmer.

“Easily accommodated a large group”

About 15 of us showed up here on a weeknight and service was excellent. I ordered scallops and red wine. The scallops were huge. Delicious!

“Disappointed.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013 via mobile

Small portions and some food was cold. Lamb dish was delicious. Scallops were okay but only 3 scallops. Potatoes were cold. service was slow. It was crowded and maybe that is why the crab soup was cold and had a "film" on top. We expected more because our Cuban at lunch the first time we went was very good.

“Great meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

We had steak on a stone for dinner. They bring you a 600 degree stone which stays hot the whole time. You cook your own filet mignon on it which meant the steak was HOT until the last byte and you could have the whole thing rare. The price was reasonable at $32.50. The mashed potatoes were good. And the grilled artichokes appetizer was delicious. The service was excellent. I would definitely go back here to eat.
