Don't be scared to try something new...Thai Thai II is amazing! The restaurant is clean and the wait staff is friendly and always willing to pour you another glass of wine. The food is outstanding, I have never had a bad meal and I eat here on a monthly basis.
The restaurant is fairly large, I have never had a problem with having to wait a long time to be seated. The decor is modern with a Thai flair with dim lighting which makes it perfect for a date night. It is BYOB so make sure you bring your favorite bottle of wine. They don't charge a cork fee and they often will notice when your glass is empty and fill you up.
The food is AWESOME!! I can not say enough about how delicious it is! I recommend the the beef satay or the spring rolls for your appetizer and the drunken noodles are a great entree. Everything I have ever ordered was great and was never disappointed. If you are a picky eater, like myself, there is truly something for everybody. They clearly mark what items are spicy on the menu and then ask you how hot you would like them. There are plenty of non-spicy foods for those who don't like it.
If you are celebrating a birthday you must go here! Once you are done with your dinner they dim the lights in the whole restaurant and they start flashing, happy birthday starts playing over the speakers, you are surrounded by the wait staff that is sinning to you Thai style, and you are wearing a fiber optic headband.
Thai Thai II is a great way to celebrate with friends, a great date spot, or just a place to eat some good food. I have nothing negative to say about it...so go!! =)
