“Like a Disneyland ride”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Fun short ride through the moon-like landscape. No problem for our low-slung sedan. Easy short drive, catch it on the way to Zabriskie Point and Dante's View.

“REALLY COOL LOOP DRIVE!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

Short loop thru time just Off Hwy. 190 south of Furnace Creek Inn. Kind of like driving thru another planet surface! Love it!

“Awesome.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013 via mobile

This scenic side trip is simply beautiful. If you are careful you can drive this trail in almost any vehicle. So everyone can enjoy the natural beauty. Winter is the time to visit so you will enjoy the benefit of cool weather instead of the 100 plus degrees of summer.

“Not a must”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

It's a nice drive through rocks and sand in strange shapes. I suspect it might be fun to walk around and explore the area, but driving through it didn't make a big impression on me. You get tha same views only from above at the close by Zabrinsky Point - go there instead!

“Cool to See”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

We didn't know what the road would be like but it was fascinating. It's dusty and winding, at one point we had to get out and scout the road down, but it was really cool to see. It gave you the feeling of really being out in the outback.
