“Beautiful Spot, go in cooler weather”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014

Went to this nature preserve one day on vacation when we had had enough of the beach...so glad we did! Beautiful taste of Florida! There are several hiking trails and a bike path, also if you own a kayak, you are welcome to explore the waterways. We did the entire trail loop which was about 3 miles and saw many birds and fish. We met volunteer naturalist on the trail, and he was very informative, quite nice and chatty. The tower offers spectacular views of the bay and Sky Bridge..bring your camera! There is not a lot of shade on the trail, so I would opt to go in the morning or evening on a cooler day...and if you don't want to do the entire loop, at least go the observation tower and back (much shorter and still very beautiful).

“Excellent Biking and Hiking.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2014

I highly recommend the preserve for a bike ride or a hike. The have paved paths and the so called "primitive trails" for the more adventurous. The is a overlook tower the provided a nice view of the gulf and marsh lands.

I go to Robinson's Nature Preserve monthly to walk and watch the Osprey. I enjoy the serenity, nature and watching the Osprey and Bald Eagles fly!

“Great nature hike”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

Biking, walking, running, fishing, and dog friendly. This trail has it all. It's very scenic. Bring your camera! Birds, flowers, fiddler crabs, butterflies and much more. You never know what you will see. Our kids and dogs love it!
