Looks good on the outside, so don't be fooled. Bad location right next to I-75 and not a good part of Dayton. Not in a good neighbothood. Upon walking into the "hotel:, the smell of cholorine knocks you out. The inside was a flashback to the 70's or 80's. My room.. bathroom was very modern and well done, but the room was old and dingy. Curtains dirty, carpet very old. Not a very quiet place to stay, lots of slamming doors and rude, loud people. Yes, it was a very cheap and you get what you pay for and that's expected. Definately never staying at this "hotel" again. Do Dayton a favor and tear it down.
Room Tip: do not stay here.
